REALTY WORLD eCurb REALTORS is now hiring active REALTORS in the Sacramento region.  Our philosophy is to reward producing agents and to work in a partnership with our Associates to help them achieve success in their real estate career.  We've implemented a Hybrid commission schedule that offers 100% commissions after the Associate closes two transactions a year and moves to a flat fee schedule for the remainder of the Associates production year.

Realty World eCurb REALTORS offers two options for Associates to pay their Franchise fees to Realty World Northern California

$175 Flat Fee paid monthly to Realty World Northern California

OR 6% franchise fee per transaction paid at closing.

We also offer in house services such as MLS Lockbox rentals, sign post installation, transaction management options and group advertising on a seasonal basis.

SHORT SALES

We encourage our associates to pursue short sales and have created a few information sites for our general marketing to the consumers, ForeclosureOptions.com and NorcalShortSales.com.  Associates have the option of doing their own short sales as long as they have demonstrated knowledge of the process or they can use our in house negotiator.

Associates pay a 30% referral fee to our in house negoitiator if the negotiator only handles the calls and negotations, the associate still deals with the client and assists the negotiator in obtaining documents from the seller and disclosures etc.  IF the associate only wants to generate the short sale lead, the office pays them a 30% referral fee and the negotiator handles the whole transaction from listing to closing.

We encourage our associates to obtain their CDPE designation to enhance their training and to better serve their clients.

LEADS Program

One of our key goals in our office is to generate leads to increase our associates income as well as teach them and give them the tools to generate their own leads.  Through the REALTY WORLD website system your listings will auto syndicate to over 500 websites and leads generated back through the system go directly to you FREE of charge from any lead fees.

We have designed several lead generating websites for our eCurb Realty Services LEAD Program that every associate has the ability to receive.  These leads are charged a 25% referral fee to the associate.  Several of our lead generating sites include:

ElkGroveHomeSource.com , SacramentoCondos.com, InvestmentHomeSource.com, LakeTahoeHomeSource.com, eCurbRealty.com 

Future sites under construction include: GaltHomeSource.com and WhatsMyCondoWorth.com.  We also pay for systems like Trulia and Zillow that generate leads back to our associates as well.

Our expectations

As the broker for REALTY WORLD eCurb REALTORS, I looked for a company to partner with that could provide my associates with the tools needed to thrive in this unstable market.  REALTY WORLD provided those tools.  The candidate I see that is a good fit for our office is one who has a market area they want to market to, has goals and ideas and just needs the encouragement or team support to make their goals happen.  I have touched every segment of todays market and believe agents should have the positive outlook and drive to put actions to their thoughts.  I reward agents who consistently convert the valuable leads we generate for them and who are team players.  My 1st two years of establishing my brokerage I have not focused on recruiting as I am not a quantity person, more of a quality.  I want associates who will own neighborhoods through their marketing efforts and who are visible in the community and a positive part of the real estate industry.  I believe in diversity and creativity so bring it if you have it.
