I work for another company that has flat fees, why dont you offer flat fee options from the beginning?

We've offered the Hybrid flat fee option as a benefit to our producing Associates.  Unlike some of the flat fee options out there, we offer a traditional real estate office vested in your success not simple a place to place your license.  We have an office that you can use computers, printers, copy machines and network with our other Associates.  We are a real estate company not a lender who has created a real estate side to benefit their lender business.  You'll have the choice to use any reputable lender or escrow company and never pressured to use an in house lender or escrow company.

I only anticipate selling a few houses a year, is Realty World eCurb REALTORS a good fit?

We deal with each situation on a case by case basis but in a general answer I would say Realty World eCurb REALTORS is more geared for active REALTORS in the business and while we understand the need in this economy to hold secondary jobs, we also have a committment to our REALTOR community and clients to employ the most qualified and dedicated REALTORS we can and if your goal is only a few transactions a year, we would in most cases see this as a liability to our clients and REALTOR community and not be interested.

Do you offer websites to your Associates?

One of the reasons we chose to align with the Realty World franchise is to assist our Associates in building their business.  Each Associate is provided a Wordpress powered website and training on how to maximize the internet for marketing.

Do you have desk fees?

One misleading thing we see in from some of our competitors is NO Desk Fees!.  When you dig deeper you find out there is no desk fees because there is no desks, there are simple virtual offices.  We do not provide assigned desk or cubicles to our Associates but provide drop in cubicles where our Associates can drop into the office and use computers, copiers and printers and network with other Associates.

Does your office have a lead program for Associates?

Yes.  In the past many of our Associates have made Masters Club status for the Sacramento Association of REALTORS (3 Million in production per year) based mainly on leads we have provided them from our eCurb Leads Program.  Leads through this program are provided to the Associates with a 25% referral fee to continue to generate leads for our Associates.  We are always generating new lead generating websites for the benefit of our Associates including lead generating websites SacramentoCondos.com , ElkGroveHomeSource.com, InvestmentHomeSource.com, eCurbRealty.com, LakeTahoeHomeSource.com and additional sites slated in the near future.  Associates also have the ability to receive leads through their Realty World website at no cost through the extensive internet marketing Realty World does for its Associates.

Do you provide fax numbers?

We provide all Associates with a virtual fax number.  When a fax is sent to your phone number it shows up in your email as a PDF.  In the office we offer several options for faxing including scanners and a Bizhub fax machine for outbound fax machines.

I've heard flat fee brokerages tend to not have a broker supervising and assisting agents is this true with your brokerage?

As Broker Owner of Realty World eCurb REALTORS, Bruce Slaton is an active and in office support source for all Associates, training and direction is provide in person if needed and by email and phone as well.

Will I be required to purchase my own signs for my listings?

We have generic office signs that can be used if needed as well as office Open House signs and are consistently investing in new in house items for use by our Associates.  You have to option at any time to purchase your own signage as long as it meets quality and trademark guidelines.

I am new to the business, is there a place for me at Realty World eCurb REALTORS?

As a previous instructor for the Sacramento Association of REALTORS intern program (no longer offered) in cooperation with Los Rios Community College district, Bruce Slaton has trained several producing REALTORS in the industry today, several working for us from the day they became licensed.  We believe this market has great opportunity for new agents and welcome inquiries.

Do I have to join the Board of REALTORS, another company says I can "opt out"

What has happened in the past is several companies have promoted an Opt Out of membership in their local Board of REALTORS.  In reality they were having agents fill out a form stating they were not practicing real estate, we are of the opinion this is fraud and not a good start to your real estate career.  All of our Associates must maintain their SAR, CAR and NAR Memberships and take advantage of the great benefits the Associations offer to assist the Associates with their careers.

How soon can I start if I want to make the change?

In most cases, transitions take 24-48 hours depending on the situation.

Does your offer promote agents helping each other succeed?

Thats esactly what we promote.  We believe in strength in numbers.  We believe agents prospecting with each other increases skill levels and leads to more success.  We treat each Associate as a partner on our business and want to see each and every one succeed.
