Rosemont Area Real Estate

The boundaries of Rosemont are Folsom Boulevard to the north, Bradshaw Road to the east, Jackson Highway to the south, and South Watt Avenue to the west. The commercial district of Rosemont, which includes retail and dining establishments, is primarily located along Kiefer Boulevard. Rosemont contains a mixture of houses dating from the 1950s to newly constructed units.

The Rosemont Community Association (RCA) was incorporated on July 15, 1959 to serve as the community’s advocate on local and county issues and to sponsor community events and programs. It is governed by a 15-member Board of Directors. The Board meets monthly at the Atonement Lutheran Church, 9242 Kiefer Blvd. at 7:00 PM.  All meetings are open to RCA members and the public. Also, the RCA hosts an annual general membership meeting each April at Rosemont High School.

The Board’s primary function is to carryout the association’s administrative duties, including operating five program committees that implement board policies, programs, and events.
